Garfield Co. District Attorney’s Office will host their annual Crime Victims’ Vigil at YWCA Enid on April 25th during National Crime Victims’ Rights Week.

This powerful event provides crime victims with information about their rights and the many services available to them. An open speak out offers survivors an opportunity to share their stories.
