Counseling

Counseling is crucial for survivors of trauma as it provides a supportive environment to address the lasting effects of violence and navigate the path toward healing. It offers survivors the opportunity to process their experiences, develop coping strategies, and rebuild their lives. By accessing counseling services, survivors can receive the necessary support and guidance to overcome the challenges they face and ultimately regain a sense of control and empowerment.

Our counseling services are provided at no cost to both YWCA Crisis Center clients and community members recovering from traumatic experiences, ensuring that all individuals have access to the help they need on their journey to recovery. Call YWCA Enid at 580-234-7581 to speak to one of our counselors about available counseling sessions. Insurance is not required, and all sessions are kept confidential.
